  • Patented anti-static, two ways. Conical models use upgraded dual negative-ion modules; the 64mm flat-burr CG 2107 uses plasma anti-static. Both neutralize the static that makes grounds fly — so powder lands in your portafilter or cup, not all over the counter. Buyers feel it immediately: no mess, no cleanup.
  • Grind consistency that lasts a year+. Many grinders go coarse after six months. Ours hold their grind size with minimal drift well past a year — so the espresso your customers pull in month 12 tastes like month 1.
